Time passes, form shifts, beauty is birthed.

Something from my journal:
I can always have holy if I want.
That doesn't mean feeling any other way about anything.
Holy does not equal good or nice or easy or safe or complete or true or valid or right.
Holy does not equal right, it just means worthy of attention and space to be.
I don't know how true these words are, but I am choosing to give them space to be and attention and therefore they are holy to me.
What does holy mean to you? What is holy to you?

Homemade Amaro, or as on of my teachers Marybeth Bonfiglio thinks of it, an ancestral healing spell. It has become part of my night time ritual, bitters to sooth my tummy and connect me with land and lineage I don't consciously know.
(There are lots of tutorials online but if you want to hear Marybeth story tell and magic weave around this spirit she has a DIY class.)
