Happy eve of New Years Eve. Once again this year my body is calling "Halt!" on any
but the most essential activities. My back is guarding me against my over committing tendencies with ever effective pain.
2022 saw me humbled in the face of my body several times in different ways. The way back to more comfort has been slow, easy,
patient, along with asking for some help. I will be employing the same the next week or two as my back heals. It is a good prescription.
Entering a new year in pain is not great, but entering it with a commitment to slow, easy, patient, and asking for
help feels exactly perfect. How about you? How are you entering this next year?
For the final five things of 2022 I offer you blessings from the liminal space between the year that was and one that will be. Blessings for your tender and miraculous
self and life ever unfolding.
1.
May strength support you and fortitude guide you through any challenges you face.
2.
May your dreams be remain strong, may they find their way in the
world.
3.
May your desires defy the gravity of conventional thinking and carry you into the unknown possible.
4.
May you be well supported and nourished by all of your resources, human and non-human.
5.
May the way be cleared for your destiny to flourish and your desires to take
root.
And may many more blessings find
you, nourish and protect you in the New Year. Until next time, Sandi
