Hello Beautiful,

I thought it would be fun to dip into the mystic realm today and bring you along. I have wanted to do this for a while but have felt a bit shy.

But today I am taking the leap.

Come along. I think you will have fun. I am sharing some intuition and Tarot insight. All you have to do is read on and let what ever has meaning for you sink in.

If you want, think of some situation you want insight on and see what shows up.

I gave my cards a good shuffle, asking them to show me what to write about today. The Fool, reversed came out on top. Reversed just means the card showed up upside down.

Rather than go into detail about the meaning and symbolism of the card, which you can easily find through any Tarot book or Google search, I am sharing what comes up as I write and may or may not touch on traditional meanings.

I have not done anything like this before, intuitively writing from a card with out a specific focus to be sent out into the world, so it will be a fun experiment! The information may seem random or very accurate to you and your life right now. Either way, I invite you to see what, if anything resonates or calls you into deeper inquiry. Use it as a jumping off point (just like The Fool) into your own self reflection.

What follows is a bit stream of consciousness, a bit of a download. It may be jumpy or disjointed as the energy brings up different facets of what is wanting to be known about The Fool right now.

The Fool

How perfect this card is, showing up in this moment, as I am doing this new thing. I am spontaneously trying something new, taking a risk, stepping out into the unknown. (Notice how The Fool was reflecting in my language before I drew the card in the first paragraph "I am taking the leap.") All attributes of The Fool.

I am shy, a bit nervous, and have been holding back the desire to try this for a long time. This is classic reversed card energy. The nervous will-I-wont-I-maybe-later-but-I-want-to-now-what-if-just-did-it-okay-Here-I-Go!

In real life this is how Fool energy shows up.

Where in your life are you holding back?
What do you want to jump into but are shy?

The Fool appears when we need to let ourselves risk, even if we feel silly.  Being a fool for love.
What is important enough to you that you are willing to risk "looking the fool"?

Key words that come to mind: Ultimate possibility, potential wonder, dreaming, visioning, stepping into your future, beginners mind, child like trust.

Evoke the power of The Fool by bringing these qualities into your life. Find possibility, practice wonder, let yourself dream and imagine, be curious like a child and you will discover what you don't yet know is available.

Before anything is the void, which holds nothing and yet everything. There is never nothing, as even the darkest emptiness holds all that ever was or will be. The emptiness you feel is waiting for you to bring to it your attention, the spark of creation. Just as The Fool will spark his journey by stepping off the cliff, you will find your way by entering the empty space.

The Fool is the portal though which all that will be real must pass. The moment of crossing the edge, the boundary, the threshold, is the moment of The Fool's leap.
What dream or desire is calling you to jump of the cliff of what is known and into unknown of space in order to find truth and what is Real?

Once he jumps he is committed. The Fool looks towards the sky in a state of complete trust.
Do you trust enough to risk?
In what are you trusting?
Where do you find the courage to trust?

The Fool has everything he needs for his journey. Only he can walk his path, yet he is not alone (his dog), has support (his staff) and has packed well (his knapsack).
What if you already have everything you need to follow your heart?
And even if you don't, what if you had enough to begin?
What if all there is to do is start?
To take just the next step?

Will you? Take the step off the cliff that will change you life?

The Fool showed up reversed today. He wonders where you may not feel ready, may feel unsure, may not trust enough to start. It is okay to not be ready. Timing may be working itself out. But make no mistake, something new is wanting for your attention and it will not go away. Just because you walk away from the edge does not mean it is not still there.

Look inside. Every journey, no matter how big or small begins inside. An urge, a pull, a nondescript something that has no name, the whisper in a dream that you all but forget it upon waking.

These are the callings of The Fool, asking you enter the mystical space of the formless so you can find Yourself.
