Hello Mystical Beauty!
Wheww, the past few weeks have been an intense mix of deep personal retreat and wild muse filled insights, creativity and activity! Sometimes life just demands you hold on tight, follow your instincts and let all the emotions sing you home to yourself.
It is a tender place, letting all of who you are be known to yourself. But it is a true place. An honest place. A place of bare choice. Am I going to love myself or hate myself? Am I going to let myself live freely or shackle yet more chains, judgements and demands on myself?
I fully vote for choosing love and freedom! It is not always the easiest path. In fact in so many ways it
is harder. Because it requires courage. To change. To rise. To be different, unexpected, Unleashed! You know what those chains, judgements and demands are? Ways to numb out the natural fear present when your inner wisdom is asking you to reach for the courage to be more yourself.
I am big 'ol shaking in my boots, want to throw up,
scaredy cat about all of this kind of stuff. I know choosing you and your freedom is hard, like sometimes night terrors hard. But really, all there is right now is one next step.
When it is hard, find a friend to love you though it. When it seems impossible, find a story to inspire you. When it is confusing and overwhelming, find some nature to ground
you. Enlist help. It wont be easy, until it is, but it will be worth it. Promise.
One tiny, teeny step in the direction of your elemental self. Your elemental nature. She lives in the steps willing to be
taken.
This is your freedom. And your Joy!
