Hello there,
It's Friday the 13th. I
admit I enjoy a good Friday the 13th. I find the superstitions around day lend a fun witchy kind of vibe. Tarot reading anyone?
It is rainy and wintry and I am pretending I live in the deep woods, nestled by a fire, cup of tea warming my hands. So, let's pull some cards.
Before continuing, take a moment, breathe, relax. As you read on see what nuggets jump out to you, large or small. We are beings of story and myth, symbols and synchronicity. Cards are just one way to let life and the world whisper to you.
Shall we?
1.
(Dreaming Way Tarot by Rome Choi, art by Kwon Shina)
Dreamy wonder, imagination, watery subconscious threads leading to unknown creative musings. The Page of Cups invites you to dream your dreams and get a bit lost in your inner world. Your poetic, artistic nature calls.
2.
(The Sistine Tarot by Rose Bae)
When in a dreamy world of you own, there is the pull to choose between inner imagination and liminal flow, and the outer world of logic and clarity. The Two of Swords can feel like a forced choice, but her invitation is to sit in the paradox of being a creature of both Kronos and Chronos time, of timelessness
and matter, of mystery and knowing.
3.
(The Wild Unknown Tarot by Kim Krans)
Like the butterfly emerging from the cocoon, in right timing your dreams will have from, your knowing will be grounded. You will begin the life you are here to live having learned from
the brambles of living. The invitation of the Six of Wands is to allow the battles of life to alchemize into beauty and wisdom, experience and valor. What are your victories born of struggle?
4.
(John Bauer Tarot by Lo Scarabeo)
As your dreams and desire take form and flight, look to the world around you for signs and
guidance. The Knight of Cups invites you into a quest of the heart. He asks, "What do you love so deeply you will journey through both the depths of your soul and the wilds of the world?"
5.
A blessing for your week:
(The Univeral Waite Tarot)
May you know your wholeness, even in the broken places, especially in those places.
Until next time, Sandi
