Hello there,
To seek goodness in times of trouble is a courageous act of
hope and defiance. It need not be grand but it might be. It will however large or small, weave connection to the soul of a world and tether us to what has meaning. This is where resilience and vision are born.
Seeking goodness, sharing goodness, honoring goodness is a practice worth building. Especially during hard times. It is not frivolous or escapist, but life affirming. Here is some of what my practice as brought me. What
will yours bring to you?
Shall we?
1.
The return of these tiny flowers in a pot that use to belong to my mother and now lives outside my front door makes me ridiculously happy.

James Harrison donated blood every two weeks from age 18 to 81,
the upper age for donations in Australia. 1,100 donations. A rare anti-body in his blood saved over 2 million, yes million, babies. He died peacefully last month at 88. Yes, I am crying.
3.
I am getting to know a new deck that is full of beauty and power.
People have always been good at imagining the end of the world, which is much easier to picture than the strange sidelong paths of change in a world without end. ― Rebecca Solnit,
