I'm recovering from some
intense dental work, and because life is extra these days I have also caught a very bad cold/flu/I-don't-know-what-it-is-but-it-is-not-Covid thing. It has been a week of lots of tea and hot lemon honey water, cough drops and salt water rinses, and of course, drama watching. I've also been passing the healing time making some found word poetry. My stash of random words and phrases cut from magazines comes in handy for things like this.
It is a relaxing and lightly oracular activity, like those word magnates you can arrange on your refrigerator. Simple, easy, and surprisingly meaningful sometimes. I thought I would share some with you.
Shall we?
1.
What magical curiosities call to you?
2.
What opens you to the visions and possibilities only your soul can dream for you? (Note: The glare
whites out the "e" in "create.")
3.
Let your dreams be sources of power and change.
4.
We live in an ever more volatile and polarized world. Connect with some nature and return your original nature.
It was nice to see the themes of of magic and dreaming coming forward, they seem in short supply recently.
Try some found word poetry for yourself and see what random magic whispers to you.
Let me know what you find.
5.
A blessing for your
week:

May your solitude nourish your soul, renew your body, and deepen your sense of belonging to the essence of life.
