five things friday: time for lolling and lazing...

Hello there,
I am taking a little early summer break. I want some time for
lolling and meandering, lazing and drifting, and maybe finding a bit more of myself as I cross the threshold into a new trip around the sun.
I'll be back in your in box sometime in July. But before I go, here are some tiny thoughts and wild wonderings to share.
Shall we?
1.
#creativeplaymay is coming to a close. Tomorrow will be the last day of 31 of making art for 15 minutes. There are a million different ways to show up for yourself. Even for just 15 minutes. You will be surprised at what happens.
2.
Have that 15 or 5 or 50 minutes be a place where you can be yourself away from the influence of screens and scrolling and influencers and the tragedies of these times. Find who you are to yourself in a small, intimate space you create for yourself.
3.
The world is hard and people are being treated in ways beyond cruel and moral.
But, empathy and advocacy without adequate care for yourself is martyrdom. It may do some good but the greater good is not served by loosing your vital spark to burnout. The is room to care deeply and not loose yourself.
4.
My wish for the world:
If we could allow the pace of our meetings to slow down to the pace of our hearts, we might find
genuine understanding. ― Marion Woodman
5.
A blessing for your week:

May you find the light that illuminated the dark, not bypass it.
Have a wonderful June. I'll be resting and meandering but you can still find me in the usual places (links in the footer below). I am still available for questions or conversations about how I can support you in finding more of yourself and coming home to your heart. I am slowing down, but still around.
